Dr. Duvall, Dr. Tarkanian, Dr. Chang, and Dr Smedley along with their staff at Arvada Eye Associates want to provide you with the highest quality comprehensive medical and surgical Eye Care!

Arvada Eye Associates welcomes Jared Smedley, MD to the practice.  Dr Smedley is taking over for Dr Duvall who is retiring after 30 years.  Dr Smedley is Board Certified in Ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology, and will provide comprehensive medical and surgical Eye Care.  He is relocating from Arizona where he has practiced for the last few years.  He and his family are very excited to be in Arvada, and he looks forward to continuing our history of quality eye care. 

Dr. Duvall  is Board Certified in Ophthalmology by the American Board of Ophthalmology.  As an Eye Physician and Surgeon he provides comprehensive medical and surgical Eye Care.  Our practice includes a  full spectrum of services for all ages. 

Dr. Duvall attended medical school at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center where he received his medical degree with honors.  He completed his internship at Saint Joseph's Hospital in Denver, and did his residency training in ophthalmology at the University of Colorado.  Dr. Duvall has been an attending physician at the Veteran's Administration Hospital, Past Chairman of Ophthalmology at Lutheran Medical Center, and is a past President of the Colorado Society of Eye Physicians and Surgeons.
